Drawing from the teachings of Pranakriya, Kripalu, and Integral Yoga, and our studio offers 37 weekly classes, plus workshops and social events. All of our classes and programs intend to teach you skills for improving breath, strength, balance and flexibility - important skills to cultivate, both on the mat, and in day to day living.
We look forward to seeing you soon!
Bill Hufschmidt, Studio Owner - Yoga Teacher - Thai Yoga Therapist
Many of our classes are open for all levels of practitioners to practice as a community. Beginners are welcome at most classes; keep in mind, though, that some classes, such as Yoga Flow, move faster and require more strength and stamina.
Our class selections include:
Adaptive Yoga - done mostly seated in a chair. Very gentle and therapeutic.
Vinyasa or Yoga Flow - faster moving classes, more advanced asanas and sequences.
Yin & Restorative Yoga - slower classes - luxuriate and relax in postures.
Nude Yoga for Men - sort of speaks for itself.
Yoga for Women - again - speaks for itself.
Tantra Yoga - Yoga off the mat... energized and alive.
Acrobatic Yoga - partner yoga taken to the next level.
Contact Jam - spontaneous, shared, dance-inspired movement.
andYoga for EveryBody - taught to the level of the people attending the class. All body types and skill levels are welcome.
